Change your password

  1. Click Profile in the sidebar
  2. Scroll to Change password
  3. Enter your current password + new password (8+ characters)
  4. Click Save

You'll stay signed in on this device. Other devices will get signed out next time they make a request.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. From the login page, click Forgot password
  2. Enter your email
  3. Open the email we send, click the reset link
  4. Set a new password

The reset link expires in 1 hour.

Update your email

Email changes need a verification step on the new address. Contact support@artisanlabusa.com for now — self-service email change is coming.

Sign out

Click your avatar (top right) → Sign out. This clears your session on the current device only.

Sessions

You stay signed in for 7 days of inactivity. Active use extends the session. After 7 days idle, you'll need to sign in again.

Multi-factor authentication

Not yet available. We're planning to add MFA before opening up to general access. If you need MFA for compliance reasons today, contact us.

Data and privacy

  • Patient data: files and notes you upload are stored encrypted at rest in Supabase Storage (HIPAA-eligible). EXIF metadata is stripped from JPEGs at upload.
  • Audit log: every action (login, case submit, file upload, status change) is logged with timestamps. You can request an export of your account's audit trail via support.
  • Account deletion: contact support to delete your account. We'll preserve case + invoice records as required by tax/regulatory law (typically 7 years) but remove your PII.
